Loved the place and location. Beautiful view of ocean. The only thing wrong was bed not so comfortable. Will definitely take an egg create mattress next time. Very clean. Very attentive host. Will definitely stay again.

Great place to stay in while visiting Destin / Fort Walton Area. The place has everything you need to make you feel like home away from home. Beautiful condo with all the amenities. The Waterscape is the place to stay. The pool area, beach access, tiki bar and all services are exactly what we have in mind when going to the beach. Excellent communication with the host, very flexible. 5 stars overall for this beautiful place, would definitely come back!

this place was a real gem in Laguna Beach. The location was quiet with beautiful beach views. The beach was not crowded and we had our own beach chairs to boot. The apartment was very quiet, the kitchen fully stocked making cooking a breeze.

This is our second year staying at this location ,but our first with host Joseph. we booked last minute as we arrived into fort walton , Joseph assisted with check in and was very easy to get ahold of. we had a great stay , we enjoyed the easy access to beach , kids enjoyed the pool, everyone was very friendly, & look forward to returning next year.

Joseph was very attentive, responsive, and helpful. His place is comfortable and clean. It’s walking distance to the beach. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

Condo was nice and clean . I would recommend it to anyone wanting to visit the Fort Walton/ Destin area .. the only thing we didn’t have was extra bedding for the pull out sofa bed …. But besides that everything was perfect …

We enjoyed our stay here. With it being right next to the beach and grocery store, we didn't have to drive to anything. Joseph was amazing host and we will definitely be staying here again when we come back! This is a perfect place for a relaxing getaway.

We loved our stay at Joe’s place. Emerald shores is quiet, beautiful & right next door to a small grocery store. I’ve been coming here for years. Comfy beds, right across from the beach, quiet & has everything you need.

Had a great time here! Great access to the beach, and the beach was amazing! Great pool area at the resort as well. Joseph was super helpful in providing information about the local area, activities, restaurants, shopping, etc. Thanks Joseph!

Loved the white sands/clear waters gulf view! Sitting on the balcony reading, sipping coffee, watching the skies, was a definite plus! Walk to the market was so convenient, too.
